Remote Events

We can provide gaming experiences for your gamer and their friends. For each 2 hour event, we focus on making sure children are working together on team oriented games and foster an enjoyable party that isn’t quite as good as in person, but gets pretty close. Our remote events are $30 per attendee with a 4 person minimum.

No console, no video games? No problem! We use modern game streaming technology to make our games playable on most common platforms such as a laptop, a tablet or a phone. This means we can get your guests set up quickly when the party begins. It also means your guest will be shown as well, the best tools to use when staying in touch with friends. We provide setup for attendees 30 mins before the event to help everyone get set up before the gaming begins.

Want to book an event? Email events@metrogamelab.com with your name, contact info, desired date, number of attendees and any other details you feel we need. We’ll be in touch right away to set up a free initial consultation.

Our portable gaming and VR systems are great for making your child’s next party the highlight of their year. We will coordinate with you to set up your location to accommodate a gaming event for your number of guests and space layout. We work with you to figure out how many gaming stations should be set up, games to play, and what the party schedule should be.

Our base experience is for 8 - 12 people for 2.5 hours of party time and includes:

  • 1 Communal VR Experience for 4 to 5 players
  • 2 Home Console Experiences for 4 Players each
  • 1 tablet oriented cooperative gaming experience for all of your guests
  • 2 staff members who will set up prior to the event, provide instructions and guidance during the event, and tear down after the event concludes

We have additional stations to support more children and different event themes. Contact us to discuss availability and pricing.

To arrange your party, we’ll need an initial consultation phone call, set-up time prior to the party (usually 1 - 1.5 hours), and tear down time after the party (30 min - 1 hour).
